SECTION I - JOINT ISRAELI-FOREIGN CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND FRIENDSHIP SOCIETIES A Membership of natural and juridical persons in joint Israeli-foreign Chambers of Commerce and Industry ARTICLE 137 Membership of natural or juridical persons in joint Israeli-foreign Chambers of Commerce and Industry shall be a cause for investigation only and dealings with them shall be banned only if it is proved by material evidence that they have com- mitted any of the following acts: (a) An infringement of the approved rules and principles of the Boycott, where the procedures currently in force shall apply against them. (b) If the charge of pro-Zionist sympathies is proved against a member, whether a juridical or natural person, the provisions approved by the Council of the League in its forty-seventh session which are currently in force in this respect shall apply against him. B Israeli-foreign friendship societies ARTICLE 138 No action shall be taken against foreigners who are members of joint Israeli- foreign friendship societies unless it is proved to the satisfaction of the Boycott authorities that they, or the companies they own, participate in or supervise have infringed the approved rules of the Boycott.
