SPECIAL REPORTS The Arab Boycott Regulations �� â â�� Editor's Note This is probably the first, complete and up-to-date English translation of the Arab Boycott Regulations. The translation is based on the original Arabic text as pub- lished by the league of Arab States The Secretariat The Israeli Boycott Head Office - Damascus, in April 1986. The first part of these Regulations (98 Articles) is published in this issue and the remaining part (57 Articles) will be published in Vol. IV of the Yearbook. All notes and references to Boycott Officers meetings were deleted.
