AGREEMENTS TO WHICH ITALY IS A PARTY

AGREEMENTS TO WHICH ITALY IS A PARTY (edited by and ) This section is divided into two parts. The first contains a list of agreements signed by Italy and published in the Gazzetta Ujciale in 1998 and 1999; while the second contains a list of agreements signed by Italy and published before 1998-1999, whose entry into force was announced in the Gazzetta Ujciale in 1998 and 1999. In both parts these agreements are listed by subject, and where they concern the same subject, multilateral agreements are placed before bilateral agreements. The multilateral agreements are arranged in chronological order, while the bilateral agreements are arranged with respect to the international subject by whom they are signed. In the case of several bilateral agreements signed by the same international subject, a chronological order has been followed. In the first part, a comment is annexed to the list of agreements regarding a particular area. The comment treats the most significant agreements of that list and the laws authorizing ratification, whenever such laws have been enacted and present interesting features. For both parts, where an agreement has already entered into force, the date of the entry into force is indicated. As for those agreements needing a law authorizing ratification, http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png The Italian Yearbook of International Law Online Brill
