Abstract
The documents and proceedings included in this appendix represent a selec- tion of international agreements, legislation, proceedings of international conferences, and other documents bearing on important ocean-related devel- opments. Commentaries on certain of these documents appear in the Yearbook and are referred to in the footnotes and noted in the Index.
