The type locality for Hemicycliophora vaccinium Reed & Jenkins (1963) was reported as Ham- mond Bog, East Wareham, Massachusetts. This locality was in error and should correctly read Hammond Bog, Norton, Massachusetts. The nematode identified as H. gracili.r Thorne by Zuckerman (1961) and which was described as parasitizing cranberry seedling roots is identical to that subsequently named H. vaccinium. REED, J.
