Editorial Note During the past months, there have been certain alterations in the Board of Editors-in-Chief. After more than twelve years Wim Janse decided to resign because of a multiplicity of other obligations. He has been succeeded by Aza Goudriaan (VU University Amsterdam). Moreover, R. Ward Holder (Saint Anselm College, NH) joined us as Editor-in-Chief for North America. We would like to express our warmest thanks to Wim Janse for having contributed so significantly to our journal’s reputation.
