Aid or Assistance and Direction and Control between states and International Organizations in the... <jats:sec><jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>Questions concerning the international responsibility of international organizations and/or their member States for internationally wrongful acts primarily raise important issues of attribution. In addition, a concurrent responsibility may arise from situations where international organizations aid or assist or direct and control the acts of States or other international organizations. <jats:sec><jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>Questions concerning the international responsibility of international organizations and/or their member States for internationally wrongful acts primarily raise important issues of attribution. In addition, a concurrent responsibility may arise from situations where international organizations aid or assist or direct and control the acts of States or other international organizations.
