The Chairman's summary which is attached to journal no. 3 (4-EF(SC), journal no. 3) is reprinted below. Chairman's Summary of the Fourth Meeting of the Economic Forum 27-29 March 1996, Prague 1. In accordance with Chapter VII of the 1992 Helsinki Decisions, and pursuant to Decision No. 104/1996 of the Permanent Council, the Fourth Economic Forum of the OSCE took place at the Czernin Palace in Prague, from 27 to 29 March 1996. The participants in the Economic Forum were high-level representatives of participating States responsible for shaping international economic policy in the OSCE area. Several participating States included representatives of the private sector in their delegations. The partners for co-operation (Japan and the Republic of Korea) and the Mediterranean partners for co-operation (Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Morocco and Tunisia) were invited to attend and to make contributions to the meeting. The following international organizations were invited to participate in and to make contributions to the 1996 Economic Forum: United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, World Trade
