Prof. Dr Kees Groenendijk is Professor of Legal Sociology at the Catholic University of Nijmegen. Mr Konrad J. Huber serves as an Advisor to the CSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities. Dr Morten Kjaerum is Director of the Danish Center for Human Rights. Ms Mare Kukk is the Head of the Coordination Center of the Council of the Baltic Sea States of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia. Mr Wouter Plomp is an Employee of the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
