Conferral of Powers by States as a Basis of Obligation of International Organisations <jats:sec><jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>The article examines some traditional forms of conferral of powers on international organisations – by international treaties (“common” international treaties and constituent international treaties that can form the basis for further delegation) and for supranational law-making.
