393 European Journal of Health Law INSTRUCTION FOR AUTHORS Scope The European Journal of Health Law focuses on the development of health law in Europe, national and comparative as well as international. Exchanges of views between health lawyers in Europe are encouraged, and the journal will publish information about activities of European and or international organizations in the field of health law. Discussions about ethical questions with legal implications will be welcome, national legislation, court decisions and other relevant national facts with international implications will also be dealt with. Each issue of the European Journal of Health Law contains Articles - Selected Legislation and Jurisprudence - Chronicle of Events - Book Reviews. Submission of articles The journal encourages the submission of manuscripts on floppy disks (see "preparing text on floppy disk" below). Submitting your text on floppy disk should expedite publication. Manuscripts should conform to the following guidelines: Manuscripts should be written in standard English and submitted in quadru- plicate (the original manuscript plus three photocopies, each including all tables, figures and references). Four sets of original illustrations are required. The author should retain a complete copy of the manuscript. No fax transmittal is permitted except for urgent
