What W. claims to be his "discovery", i.e. that 11Q Temple (W. prefers 11Q Torah) is a new Torah in addition to the Pentateuch, that it was written by the Teacher of Righteousness, who is the same as Zadok mentioned in CD V, 5, and that this Torah was accepted by the Qumran sect as the Word of God revealed at Sinai, was in fact already suggested by Y.
