Studio della tradizione... 165 These are another three splendid volumes of the voluminous Madrid polygot which prove the fruitfulness of Spanish Targum studies over the last decades. Apart from an introduction, the books contains, similar to the Numeri edition (published in 1977, cf. JSJ9 (1978), 91-92), on opposite pages the text of Neofiti 1 (corrected editio princeps edition) with its marginal readings, the fragment Targum ms. 440 (V) with variant readings from L and N (or where N is lacking, from the first Biblia Rab- binica which based itself on N), the ms Sassoon 264 (because of its yemenite punctuation) and ms. 110 of the Bibliothèque Nationale de Paris as well as the text of Targum Jonathan, together with a Spanish transla- tion. Apart from this material, all other manuscripts and fragments so far available have been taken into account, either printed in full (e.g. British Museum Or 10794 and many fragments from the Bodleian and Taylor- Schechter collections) or referred to in the apparatuses. As far as PsJon is concerned, RIEDER'S text proposals and corrections are mentioned in the relevant apparatus.
