His current history was negative for medications and previous disease, except for a right nephrolithotomy operation 11 years ago. He had no history of alcohol intake. On examination, he had an incision scar of a right nephrolithotomy, ecchymoses at the anterior of both legs, multiple petechiae at the anterior and posterior chest wall, and no organomegaly.
