D'UDEKEM D'ACOZ Avenue du Bois des Collines 34, B-1420 Braine l'Alleud, Belgique ABSTRACT Hippolyte lagarderei sp. nov. from the Atlantic shores of Morocco, Hippolyte varians Leach from the Atlantic coasts of Europe and Hippolyte holthuisi Zariquiey Alvarez from the Mediterranean are described and illustrated in detail. H. varians from Southern Portugal proves to be identical with North European specimens and quite distinct from Mediterranean H. holthuisi. RÉSUMÉ Hippolyte lagarderei sp. nov. des rivages atlantiques marocains, Hippolyte varians Leach des côtes atlantiques européennes et Hippolyte holthuisi Zariquiey Alvarez de la Méditerranée sont décrites et illustrées en détail. Les H. varians du Sud du Portugal ne montrent pas de différences avec les spécimens nord-européens et sont nettement distinctes des H. holthuisi méditerranéennes. INTRODUCTION Lagardere (1971) decrivait sommairement une Hippolyte du Maroc qu'il ne pouvait rattacher a aucune espece decrite.
