International Association for the History of Religions COMMUNICATION INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE HISTORY OF RELIGIONS XIIITH INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS UNIVERSITY OF LANCASTER, ENGLAND 15th-22nd August, 1975 The XITIth International Congress of the International Association for the History of Religions will be held at the University of Lancaster, England, from r 5th to 22nd August 1975. Scholars specializing in the history of religions are invited to attend this congress. It will be divided into the customary specialist areas, and as well as the normal conference papers, there will be an opportunity to present shorter research reports and accounts of projects in progress. Accommodation will be almost entirely on the University campus, but delegates wishing to stay in hotel rooms will be able to do so. The University of Lancaster, established in Ig6I, is situated 230 miles north of London on the west coast of England. The nearest air- port is at Manchester and there are main-line rail connections with London and other major centres. Fuller information will be distributed in due course.
