Dass sie viele spezifische Termini wie Namen von Nahrungsmitteln, Gerdten und Mai3en enthalten, braucht nicht zu verwundern. Ein gutes Beispiel der sprachlichen Eigenart dieser Dokumente bietet der Papyrus Mich. VII 471, 20-21 (aus dem Anfang des 2. Jhs. n.
