Latham - Gary Latham (latham@rotman.utoronto.ca) is Secretary of State Professor of Organizational Effectiveness at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto; is President of the Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology. His research interests include employee motivation, performance appraisal; training. His current project examines the use of subconscious goals for increasing an employee's productivity.
